While the pandemic undoubtedly transformed culture as we knew it, one design trend managed to remain relatively unchanged: the content-farm approach to experiential has endured. With experiences favoring content over connectivity, we’re at a critical fork in the cultural road—do we continue to design for instant gratification, or do we course-correct to refocus on emotionality and community?Not an evolution of experience design, but a long overdue software update, this white paper lays out a refreshed methodology and approach to experience, centering emotional presence above all else.
