  • THE ASK

To launch the first Scout vehicles in over 40 years, Scout Motors wanted to make their grand introduction to the world — a high-impact, headline-grabbing reveal event that communicates their entire brand ethos.

  • CHALLENGE

Scout had ambitious objectives and a lot of market scrutiny. The design team had built incredible vehicles but needed the messaging structure to talk about what set the company apart as a fleet and a brand.

New Moon needed to lock down Scout’s story across launch, social, PR, and more — and bring it to life in a singular event for 300+ VIP guests.

  • OUR ANSWER

Our concept centered on the idea that “Scouts Always Come Back”. A strong statement about the reinvigoration of our brand and our connection to the aptitude and resilience of Scouts.

New Moon lead every facet of the Vehicle Reveal Experience including:

EVENT DESIGN & EXECUTION: Cultural Programming; Guest List; Talent Identification; Venue Scouting; Food + Bev; 360 white glove Influencer Program; Live Performance.

    PR: Engagement; Placements; Outreach.

    SOCIAL CONTENT: Conception; Execution; Rollout.

EVENT BUILD OUT

We built multiple structures to house experiences that conveyed the brand story, such as the brand gallery which showcased the history of Scout vehicles, and The Studio, a space where we brought materials, color palettes, concept sketches, and design details that gave a sense of tactility.

For the main event, CEO Scott Keogh’s keynote and the vehicle reveal, we built an outdoor stage flanked by LED panels with imagery, separated by a scenic view of the Southall landscape, to present the vehicles in their authentic outdoor environment.

SOCIAL CONTENT

We opted for a mix of paid and organic content, identifying the creators and influencers that could introduce Scout Motors to their audiences, while an activity-filled event experience resulted in organic content from guests.
